There are many ways you could serve during Sunday worship services and other special services such as be an usher, be a greeter, be a lector, serve on altar guild, help with the sound system or live stream, or help make banners, to name a few. You could also be a part of prayer partners or the prayer circle to intentionally pray for people in our congregation and prayer requests as they arise.

Music is an important part of worship, you could join our choir or hand bell choir. Or you could accompany the choirs or congregation on the piano, organ or another instrument, if you possess that ability. We are always looking for people willing to play or sing during communion which allows our organist to attend communion.

There are many ways to help with the youth and children of the congregation, our next generation of Christians. You could volunteer to teach Sunday School or help with Vacation Bible School or Wild Wednesdays in the summer, help with the Youth Group, or Ignite Youth nights on Wednesdays during the school year. There are many other ways to serve and be involved within our congregation join the Dorcas Society, join Men's Club, help with the Men's Club food stand at the Concordia Fall Festival, help with routine repairs and maintenance on the buildings, grounds or cemetery, help with the Easter Egg Hunt, the Angel or Easter Tree, help with blood drives, bring food or help serve at funeral lunches, help sort, file and organize church records and photographs. The list could go on and on, there is a job here to suit your particular interests or talents.
